For the easiest trip, we recommend taking the train or bus, or coming with your bike or longboard, as the main entrance is right at the Duffel Train Station. The Duffel train station is your gateway to Brakrock. The address is 40 Stationsstraat. After you arrive by train, bike, or car, continue towards the festival entrance. Follow the signs and the railroad trackstowards Mechelen. Turn left just before you cross the railroad bridge over the river. Then follow the dike path towards Duffel.
We've got a free festival parking near Duffel station just for you. Simply drive to Spoorweglaan 2/bus 1, 2570 Duffel. Turn onto Rechtstraat, and then make a right into the parking lot. This parking is completely free and it's about a 20-minute walk to the festival entrance. Please note, parking in the streets around the festival is not allowed, so make sure to use our free parking. Also, this is not a spot for camper parking, and overnight stays are prohibited.
We're not going fully cashless just yet because we think a cashless setup at Brakrock might not work as well as we’d like. So, we’re sticking with the token machines that take both cash and card. Plus, there's an info point where you can make payments if you need to.
Do not bring your own drinks. Drinking water in reusable plastic bottles is allowed. Free drinking water is also provided.
Lockers are available for rent on-site. Hurry, as they cannot be reserved online anymore.
CamelBaks and non-transparent backpacks are prohibited. Small bags and mini-backpacks are allowed (under 30 cm x 15 cm x 30 cm)
We totally love animals, but please leave them at home for the festival and camping. 'Service dogs' are the only pups allowed.
You can retrieve your ticket by clicking this LINK. If you still haven’t received them after a few days, just shoot an email to tickets@brakrock.com.
You’ll receive two eco tokens at the entrance of the festival.
* 1 eco token + 1 purchased drink token entitles you to a drink that costs one token.
* 1 eco token + 2 purchased drink tokens entitles you to a drink that costs two tokens.
You can also buy a 1.5-liter pitcher cup. It's convenient to use one big cup to share your drinks with friends. The deposit for one pitcher is 2 tokens, so either 2 eco tokens or two empty cups.
When your drink is finished, you can exchange the empty cup for a new drink. An empty cup is equal to one eco token.
Please note: two eco tokens or two empty cups do not entitle you to a drink.
Empty cups must stay on the festival grounds.
No
If you lose your cup or no longer have an EcoCoin, you’ll need to purchase a new cup. This costs one drink token. Cups are non-refundable.
Please return your last cup to the bar or throw it in the designated bin at the exit. Cups are not allowed to be taken off the premises.
You can grab a food bowl for free, but just make sure to return it to the collection point. When you order from catering, you’ll need to put down a deposit. That's one token for the food bowl and a spork.
When you bring back your stuff (spork and food bowl), you’ll get your token back, but only if you return everything.
So, if you lose the spork, for example, you’ll get no token back.
Did you lose something at the festival or want to file a report. You'll find all the tools you need to do that over HERE soon.
Or you can contact the local police zone BODUKAP with your question. Lost items are kept at the police station, or you can call them at 015 56 51 00. You can also reach them by visiting this PAGE
Grab or rent a bike! Belgium’s got a sweet network of bike highways, and the entrance to Brakrock is right on bike highway F1. Or just call an Uber.
