I can't find my ticket anywhere. How do I retrieve information

There’s a delay with the ticketing system, so don’t freak out if you don’t get your tickets right away. If you still haven’t received them after a few days, just shoot an email to tickets@brakrock.com. Another way to get your tickets is to download them from your account on this website.

Can I bring my bag or backpack inside

CamelBaks and non-transparent backpacks are prohibited. Small bags and mini-backpacks are allowed (under 30 cm x 15 cm x 30 cm)

Can I bring my own drink on the premises

Do not bring your own drinks. Drinking water in reusable plastic bottles is allowed. Free drinking water is also provided.
