CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?



For many events, you can safely sell your tickets through TicketSwap. We therefore recommend selling your tickets only through this secure platform. Important: the organizer may decide to prohibit resale or block it for specific tickets (e.g., when they are personalized).

WHAT DOES THE TICKET INSURANCE COVER, AND WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE IT?



With the optional TicketPlan cancellation insurance we offer, you’re protected if you unexpectedly can’t attend the event. Sometimes things happen beyond your control, and without insurance, tickets are generally non-refundable.

* Event organizers are not required to refund your ticket: under the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Belgian Withdrawal Rights Act,
* The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to services with a specific date or period, such as concerts, festivals, sports events, and other similar activities.

For a small additional fee, you can protect your purchase and avoid losing money due to unforeseen circumstances.

CAN I BRING MY BAG OR BACKPACK INSIDE?



CamelBaks and non-transparent backpacks are prohibited. Small bags and mini-backpacks are allowed (under 30 cm x 15 cm x 30 cm)

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR EVENT TICKETS?



The organizer is not obliged to grant you a refund. According to the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Belgian Law on the Right of Withdrawal, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to services with a specific date or period, such as concerts, festivals, sporting events, and other events.
If you purchased cancellation insurance with your tickets, please check your confirmation email for further instructions.

CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINKS ON THE PREMISES?



Do not bring your own drinks. Drinking water in reusable plastic bottles is allowed. Free drinking water is also provided.
